一 |     11月25日，市委书记高键主持召开冰雪经济发展专题会议，深入学习贯彻习近平总书记关于发展冰雪经济的重要论述，贯彻落实国办《关于以冰雪运动高质量发展激发冰雪经济活力的若干意见》精神及省委部署要求，听取我市冰雪季相关筹备情况汇报，研究部署当前重点工作。市委副书记、市长王庆海出席会议。         　　高键指出，习近平总书记对发展冰雪经济高度重视，多次作出重要指示批示，为我们加快冰雪经济高质量发展指明了前进方向。各级各部门要牢固树立“冰天雪地也是金山银山”的理念，抢抓国家有关政策机遇，以承办“十五冬”为契机，积极学习运用外地冰雪旅游经验，全力推动我市冰雪运动、冰雪文化、冰雪旅游、冰雪装备全产业链发展，不断做大做强冰雪经济，为实现抚顺全面振兴新突破注入新动力。         　　高键强调，要加强规划设计，充分依托气候优势和冰雪资源禀赋，因地制宜打造具有抚顺特色的冰雪旅游项目和冰雪赛事活动，做足“冰雪+”文章，做精冰雪消费场景，促进文体旅商深度融合发展。    (ECNS) -- A 55-year-old woman with high-level quadriplegia has become the first patient at Tongji Medical College in Wuhan, Hubei Province, to undergo fully invasive brain-computer interface (BCI) surgery, the hospital said Thursday.    The patient, identified by the pseudonym Hu Damin, has been bedridden for two years following a spinal cord injury. Doctors implanted eight ultraflexible electrodes into her motor cortex. Each electrode, dozens of times thinner than a human hair, can capture neural signals linked to her intention to move.        The BCI system is designed to bypass the damaged spinal cord and translate brain signals into commands for devices such as computer cursors, smartphones and wheelchairs.
